Community-led monitoring (CLM) assesses healthcare services and improves health outcomes. It provides insights about the state of local or national HIV responses, assisting managers and policymakers to improve services under the framework of availability, accessibility, acceptability and quality (AAAQ) [1]. Interest in CLM is growing, with support from the International AIDS Society, the Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS), the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, TB, and Malaria, and the United States President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR)
